What's included in your fee?
Typical Fee Includes: * 30-min. pre-event planning mtg. (virtual) * 30-sec. pre-event promo video * Travel (air/ground - coordinated by my team) * Custom talk & event promo * Post-talk impact report * 30 min. post-event mtg. (if applicable, virtual)
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely! I will personally work with you to create a value-added experience that centers the outcomes you envision for your event.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
* Speaker media kit w/bios (full/brief) and photos (headshot/action) * Pre-Talk promo video (Speaker Reel or Custom to Event - 30 sec. & upon request) * Website promotion w/registration links * Social media promos w/registration links * Upcoming Events to Subscribers * Post-Event social media posts
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I welcome direct engagement with audiences. If there is time between sessions, I will be available for at least 30 minutes for additional Q&A, photos, etc. Those who need to quickly get to their next session appreciate the option of requesting follow-up when submitting feedback on my talk.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes. I would be happy to discuss additional services that will complement your program agenda.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?

Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
A PDF of slides/handouts is not available for distribution prior to the event; however, audience members will have an opportunity to receive them as a bonus for providing brief feedback on the session AND completing your event survey.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Video/audio recordings of my talk may be granted, to the event host, under the following conditions: * Request submitted in writing for advance approval * Recordings are for internal use & for up to 30 days post-event * I am provided a copy of the raw and edited recordings for my promotional use
What are your specific travel requirements?
Air/ground transportation are included in my fee. A "King Room or Suite" at the event hotel are provided by the client for a 1-night stay with check-in scheduled the day before my appearance.
