I tried the free version first and I must say the level of customer service blew me away - even as a free user. I had lots of questions and got personalized email replies, sometimes with personal videos answering my question by showing me through it. I gave feedback on some things I thought would improve some functionality and within a month they actually implemented the change! I am now an upgraded "Pro" use (paid) and it has already paid for itself multiple times over from the simplicity of speaking leads, adding people to my email list, etc. Great platform, and it continues to improve with more and more new things.
